Mechanical Foreman

Key Accountabilities:

• Observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources.
• Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
• Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Identify the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
• Serve, repair, adjust, and test machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment.
• Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
• Get members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.
• Install equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications.
• Teach others how to perform tasks if they encounter difficulties.
• Determine the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
• Consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
• Determine causes of operating errors and decide what to do about it.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education Diploma in mechanical engineering or any related field.
Experience 4 years of related experience.
