Position: Ticketing Staff

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in booking domestic and international flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering recommendations to enhance the travel experience.
- Utilize booking systems and software to efficiently manage reservations and confirmations.
- Stay up-to-date on airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations to ensure accurate and compliant bookings.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and optimize customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in ticketing, travel agency, or related field preferred atleast 3 years.
- Must have good communication in English, Urdu, Hindi. knowing bengali will add extra advantage
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must living in Jeddah
