SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, and supporting SAP FICO solutions to meet the financial and controlling needs of our organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Preferred experience in FMCG industry, Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Configuration: Design and configure SAP FICO modules (FI - Financial Accounting and CO - Controlling) to meet business requirements.
• Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend SAP solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance of the SAP FICO system, including troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring system stability.
• Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver end-user training and create detailed documentation of SAP FICO processes and configurations.
• Integration: Work closely with other SAP modules (such as MM, SD, PP) to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across the SAP landscape.
• Project Management: Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful delivery of SAP FICO projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and accuracy of the implemented solutions.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and SAP best practices.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, including full-cycle SAP implementations and post-go-live support.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficient in SAP FICO module configuration and customization.
o Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
o Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, WM).
o Experience with SAP S/4HANA is required.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills:
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
o Project management skills are highly desirable.

Preferred Certifications:
• SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting (FI) with SAP ERP.
• SAP Certified Application Associate - Management Accounting (CO) with SAP ERP.
• SAP Certified Application Professional - Financials in SAP S/4HANA for SAP ERP Financials experts.
