Foreman Needed

a leading contracting company in the Kingdom of Bahrain, is seeking a Foreman to join its growing team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and execution to completion.
Manage a team of workers and ensure they work efficiently and safely.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
Solve problems and make decisions effectively.
Maintain accurate project records.
Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in the construction.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
