Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule NDT activities, including visual inspection, ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, and other specialized techniques.
Liaise with Aramco representatives, project managers, and NDT service providers to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Review and validate NDT procedures, work plans, and reports to ensure they meet Aramco's requirements.
Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to NDT activities, including test results, certifications, and nonconformance reports.
Provide technical support and guidance to the project team on NDT-related matters.
Monitor and ensure the competence and certification of NDT personnel in accordance with Aramco's standards.
Collaborate with quality assurance and control teams to address any NDT-related issues or nonconformance’s.
Prepare and submit detailed NDT progress reports to Aramco and project stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an NTD Coordinator or a related role, with a proven track record of working on Aramco-approved projects.
Thorough understanding of Aramco's NDT requirements, procedures, and standards.
Strong technical knowledge and expertise in various NDT techniques, including visual inspection, ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, and others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with Aramco representatives, project teams, and service providers.
Proficient in the use of NDT-related software and data management tools.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with quality assurance and control processes in the oil and gas industry.
Aramco-approved NDT Coordinator certification
