Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager at Como Arabia. The Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of a specific unit in the company. This includes supervising the staff, ensuring efficient and smooth operations, maintaining quality standards, and meeting customer satisfaction. The Unit Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and managing budgets and resources.


Qualifications

Experience in the catering and facility management industry
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of catering and facility management principles and practices
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
