Barista/Runner

JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each Customer. He or she is also responsible for educating customers about our Premium coffees and other products. The Barista will fulfill any other duties the Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Shift Leader assigns and will represent our company in a professional manner to make sure our customers experience will always stay outstanding.


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serves products to customers in a courteous and friendly manner
• Safely handles all hot and cold drinks during drink preparation.
• Verbally receives and calls back customer orders in a friendly manner.
• Restocks products when necessary routinely cleans the bar area
• Assists in the distribution of weekly and daily shipments.
• Reports potential safety hazards to the manager on duty.
• Always wear clean and ironed uniform Be well groomed every day (clean shaved, hair short and nails short and clean)
• Perpetuates company philosophy and culture.
• Maintains a high level of motivation to ensure quality and consistent product.
• Quick learner and executor of the tasks assigned by senior.
• Hardworking with a pleasant personality and positive attitude.
• Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards.
• Follows all company ( beverage- food ) recipes and procedures to the standards
• Ensures that all customers are educated on our products and services.
• Listen to store manager instructions and send receive feedback
• Assists in maintaining a clean, well-merchandised store.
• Reports all customer complaints to manager on duty.
• Responds pro-actively to prevent customer service situations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. High school graduate – preferred know English
2. Holding food safety & customer service classes
Experience:
1. Essential : Any experience in F&B sector or customer service
2. Desirable : Ex barista ( 6 months to 1 year or more )
