Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients, understanding their unique business needs and challenges.
2. Consultatively identify opportunities to leverage our software solutions to address client pain points and achieve their goals.
3. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, effectively demonstrating the value proposition of our software products.
4. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company pricing and sales goals.
5. Manage and forecast account activity, exceeding sales targets and quotas.
6. Provide ongoing account management and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing renewal opportunities.
7. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, customer support) to ensure seamless client experience.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the software industry.
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
4. Strong relationship-building and customer service orientation.
5. Deep understanding of the software sales cycle and best practices.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and sales methodologies.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
8. A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn new things.
