We are urgently seeking talented individuals to fill the following roles:

1) Social Media Specialist (Male/Female) Fresh Candidate can also apply.
2) Graphic Designer / Motion Graphic Designer (Female only) OTA Experience Preferred.
3) Travel Consultant (Call Center Agent) with 3 years of experience.

1) Social Media Specialist: (Indian Preferred)
Job Responsibility:
• Monitoring Social Media Accounts
• Creating Content & Responding to Messages
• Coordinate with Graphic Designer for Creatives
• Managing & Uploading Post, Reels, and Stories on SM
• Implementing Social Media Campaigns
• Work to Improve our Brand Presence
• Compiling & Generating SM Analytical Reports
• Developing and Executing Social Media Strategies
• Transfer Queries Related to Operations to Call Centre Agent

2) Graphic / Motion Graphic Designer (Indian/Pakistani Female Preferred)
Job Responsibility:
• Design eye-catching graphics & motion graphics for social media, email marketing campaigns, website banners, and other marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design needs and objectives.
• Work effectively within deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with travel industry visuals a strong plus.

3) Travel Consultant (Call Center Agent - Male - Indian/Pakistani Preferred)
Job Responsibility:
• Minimum 3 years of experience with GDS, SABER, Amadeus CRS.
• Assist customers by phone with booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.
• Answer customer questions about destinations, travel policies, and promotions.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Upsell additional travel products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Meet and exceed customer service goals.
