Job title : call center & customer service agent
Location : basha plaza
Hours : 12 PM to 10 PM
Salary : SAR 3,000/month
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide solutions in both English and Arabic.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
Requirements :
- Preferably Filipina
- Iqama active or not, no problem.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous call center experience preferred.
