MCM TECHNICIAN

MCM Technician Required

- Min 5 years of experience in relevant field with below mentioned skills;

Carries out preventative maintenance and repairs on a wide range of plant mechanical equipment by
identifying the cause of faults and rectifying by repair on site or by replacement and/or workshop
repair. Works according to all safety regulations and follows an established pattern of work.
■ Collect data from the field in diagnostic formats as per SAP schedule and download the data to the
computerized information management system (CSI) and TRAPMAN software.
■ Monitor and calibrate High Pressure (HP) compressor cylinder valves leakage by the acoustic
emission method.
■ Collect oil samples from lube oil skids and send them to the external Oil Analysis company
(Laboratory)
■ Perform Particles Count test to HP compressors oil.
■ Monitor HP machine structure stiffness and piping bolts vibration.
■ Diagnostic basic vibration problem and analysis with the MCM specialist and machinery engineer.
■ Initiate Notification Request to correct the failure after MCM specialist approval.
■ Issue exception report after MCM specialist approval.
