Piping QCI / Welding QCI - Urgently Required - Oil & Gas Co. For Aramco Project

• Shall have Degree or Diploma with Total 5 Years’ experience required out of which 3 years same inspection experience and 2 years same construction scope of work experience or Total 5 years of inspection experience also acceptable.
• Shall be aware about Preparation of Pro-active and INCR.
• Shall have experience in piping installation activities and quality requirements.
• Shall be aware of applicable international standards.
• Shall be aware of international standards like ANSI, ASTM, API
• Shall be familiar with SATIP,SAIC,SATR.
• Shall be familiar with Aramco portals like QMIS or EPM.
• Should have experience in conducting document reviews as per applicable SATIP and Schedule Q requirements.
• Should have experience in conducting Material receiving inspection as per applicable standards and drawings.
• Shall be awareness of NDT requirements based on SOW.
• Shall be familiar with Material preservation.
• Should have experience in Fabrication of piping spool, Fit-up, hydrostatic testing and installation.
• Shall be familiar with pipe supports fabrication and installation.
• Should have experience in conducting valves material receiving, Preservation, Testing and installation.
• Should have experience in preparation of hydrostatic test packages, Tie-in packages.
• Should have experience in flange bolted joint assembly.
• Should have experience in conducting Re-instatement.
