**Position: Game Master**

**Responsibilities:**
- **Host and Guide:** Welcome and brief customers on their escape room experience.
- **Monitor:** Observe games via camera, providing hints and assistance as needed.
- **Reset:** Prepare the escape rooms for the next group, ensuring all props and clues are in place.
- **Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a fun and memorable experience for all participants.
- **Problem-Solving:** Assist in the development of new puzzles and room designs.
