We are seeking a Chief Female with extensive experience in both culinary leadership and cooking to work in a home-based setting in Khobar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional dishes, managing kitchen operations, and providing personalized culinary services. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality meals in a domestic environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of culinary operations within the home, including menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and presentation.
Create customized menus based on the preferences and dietary requirements of the household members.
Prepare and cook meals using fresh, high-quality ingredients, ensuring exceptional taste and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of food and sanitation of cooking equipment.
Manage inventory and supply levels, conducting regular grocery shopping and replenishing kitchen essentials as needed.
Coordinate with household staff, such as cleaners and assistants, to ensure smooth operations and timely meal service.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards in food handling and preparation.
Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to household members and guests, accommodating special requests and dietary restrictions.
Stay updated on culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients to continually enhance the dining experience.
Collaborate with the household members to plan and execute special events, celebrations, and gatherings.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef or Head Cook in a professional kitchen setting.
Demonstrated expertise in a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home-based environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Saudi nationality or valid residency permit in Saudi Arabia.
Fluent in Arabic, with proficiency in English preferred.
Previous experience working in private households or catering to individual clients is advantageous.
