Key Responsibilities:

- Command the bar, ensuring efficient operation, impeccable service, and a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Craft a diverse and enticing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage menu, incorporating both classic favorites and innovative creations that align with the venue's culinary theme.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, controlling costs, and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and consumption.
- Engage with guests, providing personalized service and drink recommendations to enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-end or fine dining environment.
