Integrated Facility Management Services, a subsidiary of Almoayyed Contracting Group, Bahrain, is Urgently seeking a Civil Maintenance Supervisor.

An ideal candidate would be responsible for the following,

Job Description

• Experience in the maintenance of Residential buildings.
• Having experience of 10 + years and a minimum of 5 years in maintenance works
• Able to handle a workforce of more than 30 technicians.
• Able to identify the reported issues and arrange the materials and manpower.
• Coordination with clients and Engineers
• Able to prepare the site investigation reports.
• Follow up on the work progress with the schedule.
• Daily activity planning and monitoring for the manpower and materials.
• Daily work progress updates for the engineer and manager.
• Coordinating with the purchase coordinator for the materials.
• Knowledge about the materials and ability to source as per the requirements.
• Must have a valid Driver's license in Bahrain.
