Qualifications:
1. Graduated from an accredited university.
2. Degree holder of accounting, computer science or any related degree holding a specialized certificate in this field.
3. Experience in implementing and planning government financial enterprise resource systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
4. With atleast 2 projects that were fully implemented.
5. Experience in understanding the engineering and construction in government financial enterprise resource planning systems.
6. Knowledge in the interconnection between the various components of these systems.
7. Experience not less than 5 years.
8. Proficiency in English and Arabic Languages
