SACS ENGINEER L3

• Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure to comply with company guidelines.
• Perform preventive maintenance in line with the system job plan.
• Perform corrective maintenance in line with the SLA.
• Apply system operation and maintenance procedures in line with the manufacturer manuals.
• Evaluate the existing systems and provide the technical direction to subordinates.
• Make a recommendation to management for upgrading the existing infrastructure to accommodate advanced system innovation.
• Assists in coordinating various team’s testing, evaluating for the development of design, and its implementation of the best output.
• Collaborates with other professionals to ensure high-quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Defines clients’ needs and functionality in a service development cycle.
• Ensures the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Plans and implements system automation as required for better efficiency.
• Deals work process, optimization methods, and risk management

Minimum of 2 years experience in ELV systems.
CERTIFICATES REQUIREMENTS

• Specialized certification in Access Control System.
• Lenel On-guard Certificate.
