Position Overview:

This position demands a seasoned financial leader with deep experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional strategic thinking, robust financial acumen, and the ability to lead complex financial operations in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth and profitability goals.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, auditing, and compliance.
- Manage cash flow, capital structure, and financial risk, ensuring optimal financial health.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and drive business performance.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute long-term strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive initiatives for cost management, financial transparency, and profitability enhancement.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction accounting principles, financial management, and project financing.
- Proven track record of strategic financial planning, analysis, and execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
