SKILL/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects in the telecommunications cabling Electrical and CCTV Camera Industry
• Experience in construction management and managing projects involving multiple subcontractors
• Ability to complete and submit accurate documentation
• Proficient with the use of computers, including email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Leadership
• Supervisory experience
• Positive attitude and professional dress
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage a team of CCTV & Electrical on multiple shifts supporting
• Assisting Team with Installation low voltage CCTV system, Electrical, Fire Alram system in commercial and residential industry
• Management of day-to-day project activities to ensure on-cost, on-schedule, on-quality delivery
• Making technical presentation and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
• Visting project site Commercial and Residential and support to staff as well as deliver innovation ideas to customer and staff
• Handling customer complain with respective manner and deliver good service
• Conduct weekly meeting with technician and deliver training
• Timely reporting, including status and financials both internally and with end customers, subcontractors, vendors
