We’re a Kuwaiti restaurant and catering service located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We're seeking a candidate with over 16 years of culinary experience, specializing in Khaliji and Arabic cuisines. The candidate age should be below 45. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from SAR 5,000 to 6,000. Additional benefits include Laundry service, Two duty meals, Housing, a Weekly day off, and Medical insurance. The working hours is 12 hours, with one day off each week.
Indian Visa is available.
Culinary Skills:
Culinary Bachelor’s Degree.
Previous Experience in Kuwait or Bahrain working in Arabic Cuisines as a sous chef or Higher.
Excellent Kitchen Operation Management.
Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills.
Strong Food Presentation Abilities.
Management Skills:
Menu Planning, Budgeting, Costing & inventory control.
Development of SOPs and HACCP Systems.
Effective Cost Control & Inventory Management.
Leadership and Teamwork skills.
Good knowledge in Excel.
Additional Skills:
Cold Kitchens knowledge.
Breakfast, Beverages, Sauces, and basic Bakery & Pastry knowledge
Butchery & Seafood knowledge.
Job Description and core responsibilities :
- Actively cooking and overseeing the preparation of dishes, ensuring hands-on involvement in the kitchen.
- Drive operational management to significantly improve our current processes, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
- Setting and enforcing HACCP systems.
- Menu planning, setting standard recipe sheets, cost management, Inventory control and SOP development.
- Set and enforce quality standards; inspect each plate before service to guarantee exceptional quality.
- Engage with customers to understand their food experiences, gather insights on preferences, and implement feedback to enhance satisfaction.
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team, leading by example and fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and culinary excellence.
