Location: Jeddah
Job description:
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and other hardware including IP telephone and CCTV cameras
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks for all branches in kingdom
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests regarding IT
• Providing technical support across the company either remotely or on premise
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Monitor and produce backups for the company
• Monitor and track IT assets, including hardware and software licenses, ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Collaborate with external vendors for hardware repairs, software licensing, and other IT-related services.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Proven experience in providing technical support, preferably in an IT support role or similar capacity.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across various platforms. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote desktop support tools is desirable.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Certifications: Industry certifications are advantageous but not required.
