Job Description
Looking for a Site Maintenance Manager (minimum 4-6 years) with core experience in facility management.
Must be a Mechanical or Electrical engineer with experience in KSA. Candidate should be available in KSA. Please share CV at [email protected]. Job location is Jeddah.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage day to day site maintenance (preventive and reactive maintenance) operations
Assign work orders to maintenance staff and follow up
Guide the team in maintenance activities
Daily monitoring of maintenance staff productivity
Prepare scope of work for major repair works
Experienced in maintenance of HVAC systems, Chillers, Pumps, Electrical Panels etc.
Knowledge of CMMS/CAFM is required
Manage a team of Supervisors & Technicians
