Wanted CWQAP Trainer For Aramco Training Program

We are currently seeking a qualified CWQAP Trainer who can provide comprehensive training to our employees for the Aramco CWQAP certification, ensuring a high passing percentage.

Key responsibilities for this role include conducting engaging and effective training sessions, developing training materials aligned with Aramco CWQAP requirements, and preparing employees for successful certification. We are looking for a trainer with a proven track record of achieving strong passing rates and who possesses in-depth knowledge of Aramco's CWQAP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training sessions on Aramco CWQAP standards and water quality assessment techniques.
Customize training materials and presentations to meet the specific needs of participants.
Conduct assessments and provide feedback to ensure participants are prepared for the CWQAP certification exam.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to tailor training programs and address specific requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to water quality assessment.
Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to continuously improve program effectiveness.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to participants throughout their certification journey.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in conducting training sessions on water quality assessment and related topics.
Strong understanding of Aramco CWQAP standards and requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate participants to achieve certification success.

Languages: English, Arabic & Hindi (To training both Saudi & Expat employees)
