Responsibilities:
1- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
3- Manage the recruitment and selection process
4- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
5- Administer payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes.
HR Manager Requirements:
1- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
2- Experience in human resources for at least five years.
3- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
4- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
5- Have experience in payroll.
6- Know Bahrain Labour Law.
