A leading International Company is looking for Admin Coordinator for their Head-Quarters in Bahrain .
- Manage and Attend L1 Calls
- Perform general IT administrative tasks on Daily Operations ( Training will be provided )
- Maintain Commercial and other necessary documents and archive them on day to day basis .
- Coordinate with vendors for Quotes and AMC , invoices .
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills .
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional character with strong interpersonal skills.
- Have a good knowledge of the social Media and latest tools, platforms, and best practices .
- Assist Branding Team and Media team on content creation ,social media and other platforms .
- Proficiency in photography and designing Tools will be an advantage .
