Job Description:

FM Tendering & Estimation Engineer - Hard & Soft Services (Facilities Management).
Study, analyze, and evaluate tender documents for Hard and Soft Services.
Estimate required manpower, spare parts and consumables for Hard and Soft Services as per RFP.
Finalize estimation and consolidate cost sheet & tender documents for management review and approval.
Qualification :

Minimum 5-year experience (preferably in KSA)
Excellent knowledge of estimating strategies and techniques.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Salary - depend upon interview and experience
