Responsibilities:
Manage all daily tasks in the Finance Department, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
Prepare quarterly VAT reports and upload them to ZATCA accounting system.
Reconcile bank statements, trial balances, and budgets.
Prepare aging reports, GOSI reports, and manage medical insurance policies.
Review all partnership agreements and various bank facilities.
Approve petty cash payments and letter of credit (LC) Letter of guarantee (LG).
Monitor accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collections.
Monitor accounts payable aging to manage supplier payments.
Prepare VAT and Zakat reports.Supervise the collection department's activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree/CPA preferred).5-7 years of accounting/financial management experience.
Extensive knowledge of Saudi Arabia's accounting standards, VAT regulations, and ZATCA requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency preferred).
Experience in team management and audit processes.
