Job: SITE FOREMAN

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
Manage a team of construction workers, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
Collaborate with project managers to plan and prioritize tasks, materials, and resources.
Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards, addressing any issues promptly.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential risks, hazards, and compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily reports and progress updates.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Thorough knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
