Operations Manager - (14+ Outlets)

We are rapidly growing operation specializing in delicious traditional snacks. We're seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to join our team and play a vital role in overseeing the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations across our 14+ locations.
Responsibilities:
• Operational Excellence: Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to ensure consistent and efficient service across all locations.
• Profit & Loss Management: Drive profitability by managing budgets, labor costs, and inventory control for all outlets.
• People Management: Lead and mentor a team of Outlets Team Leaders, providing coaching and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and implement quality control measures to ensure all locations meet our high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Menu & Product Management: Collaborate with the top management to ensure menus are optimized for profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Implement best practices for inventory control across all outlets, minimizing waste and ensuring stock availability.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and identify areas for improvement across the operation.
• Technology & Innovation: Stay up-to-date on new technologies and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation or process improvement.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a multi-unit restaurant or retail management role.
• Proven track record of increasing profitability and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Restaurant Management Software (experience with a specific system a plus).
• Ability to travel periodically to visit franchise locations.
