Operations Manager

Summary of Role
Operations manager oversees operations team, planning, design and procurement operations, monitors their progress, and ensures that they are align and on track as per the project’s requirement.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate and monitor cross-functional teams and ensuring procurement, design and operations are aligned with the project time line.

• Formulate project budget and monitor with cost control team.

• Identify potential project critical items related to design and procurement and to develop strategies to mitigate them.

• Ensure projects deliverables related to design, and procurement are delivered within deadlines and budget, and meet quality standards.

• Ensure and monitor progress through cost control and ensuring that the project remains within budget allocation constraints.

• Implement and manage project strategies, schedules, and resources, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.

• Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, billing, and the procurement of materials and labor.

• Manage Cash Flow Requirements for the Projects. Controlled expenditures within limitations of project budget.
