We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or related role and will be a proactive and organized professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
Maintain and update sales and customer records in our CRM system
Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the organization
Monitor and track sales activities and provide regular reports to the sales team and management
Handle customer inquiries and provide high-quality service and support
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or related role
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems
A proactive and self-motivated attitude
