Job Description:

We are seeking a Food Safety Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of devices and chemicals designed for quality control laboratories and for detecting mycotoxins in food and feed. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety principles, along with exceptional sales and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
2. Identify and prospect new clients in the food and feed industries.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Provide technical expertise and support to customers regarding the use of our products.
5. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as needed.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and developments related to food safety.
7. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
8. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
9. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
10. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and expand the customer base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a sales engineer, preferably in the food safety or related industry.
• Strong understanding of food safety principles and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with the Saudi market and existing networks within the food and feed industries is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
