QA/QC Quality Engineer

QA/QC Quality Engineer - Valve Industry:
1. Maintain company’s the Quality Management System at all times and ensure its implementation in
order to comply with the industries requirements.
2. Develop, establish and implement the quality management system in coordination with the
management and all other departments in order to ensure continual improvements.
3. Recommend and initiate continuous process improvements
4. Responsible of Quality Objectives & Work environment feedback records for minimum production &
QC processes.
5. Ensure maintenance and renewal of company’s Accreditations and product certifications as
required in order to maintain their continuity.
6. Responsible for company audits and certifications.
7. Ensure that any changes to National or International Standards to which the Company operates
are updated as and when changes are implemented so as to comply to the latest requirements.
8. Renew, update and circulate revisions to the Quality Assurance Procedures as they occur through
the issuance of controlled documents in order to ensure that only the latest documents are in use.
9. Conduct Internal Quality (QMS) Audits, raise NCRs in case of non-compliance and ensure it's
close outs. Prepare internal audit reports in order to ensure compliance to requirements.
10. Liaison with all Managers, Head of Departments & Supervisors to ensure that QA activity is
carried out without disrupting any operational activity.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors in mechanics
- Preferred Experience: 3 to 5 years QA/QC Engineer in a medium to large size VALVE manufacturing
company
- Job-Specific Skills: Knowledge of ISO 9001 & company’s QMS Procedures and requirements
- Knowledge of Valves manufacturing process and testing procedures
- Knowledge of API Q1, 6D, ISO 14001 / 18001 & OHSAS
