Job Description:
• Assisting with organizing and maintaining employee records.
• Updating internal employee databases.
• Preparing and making necessary amendments to HR documents such as employment contracts and recruitment guides.
• Handling disciplinary matters by issuing memos and warnings.
• Processing of Health and Life Insurance by coordinating with the Insurance companies in getting prices, making comparison sheets, finalizing and issuing of required documents to get the MOH exemption.
• Acting as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
• Assisting with various internal arrangements, including travel and hotel bookings and expense processing.
• Managing visa applications and renewals through LMRA.
• Issuing and renewing of employees CPR.
• Handling petty cash transactions.
• Addressing employee queries related to salary, leaves, attendance, and transfers.
• Publishing and removing job advertisements online.
• Scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates as required.
• Responding to employee questions about benefits, such as vacation, ticket, leave salary and leave indemnity eligibility.
• Maintaining accurate human resources records, including hiring, transfer, termination, job classification changes, and merit increase dates, as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
• Processing and renewing licenses of engineers and foremen.
• Keeping track record of all existing company licenses and monitoring expiration dates.
• Conducting monthly visits to accommodations.
