Required Air Conditioning Technician For Residential Compound

*Responsibilities: *
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on air conditioning systems in residential units within the compound.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
- Respond promptly to resident service requests related to air conditioning issues.
- Coordinate with residents to schedule maintenance appointments and communicate any necessary instructions or precautions.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used and hours worked.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient operation of the complex's overall HVAC system.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and new technologies in air conditioning systems to provide the best service possible.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on air conditioning systems.

*Requirements:*
- work address in Jubail city
- Transfer and Valid Iqama
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification or diploma in Air Conditioning or HVAC systems.
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or similar role, preferably in a residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in air conditioning repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.
- Using computer with Microsoft office
