Job Title: Camera Technician
A CCTV technician is responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
And fix it. This role requires strong technical skills in computer networks, and familiarity with CCTV equipment and software
Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and power distribution
Familiarity with CCTV equipment and software, such as cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and video management software.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose technical problems.
Relevant certifications preferred (e.g. CompTIA Network+, CCTV Installation or equivalent)
Previous experience in CCTV installation or maintenance or related field is preferred.
Hands-on experience using networking equipment and protocols is highly desirable.
Experience with IP cameras and fiber optic infrastructure will be prioritised.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
