Swimming Pool Construction Supervisor:

Responsible for overseeing the construction of swimming pools/water features/fountains and ensuring their structural integrity, safety, and quality. Working closely with clients, designers, and contractors to plan, coordinate, and execute pool construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan and design swimming pool layouts, considering factors such as size, shape, and functionality.
- Collaborate with clients to create customized pools that meet the client's requirements and budget.
- Estimate construction costs and timelines, and prepare budgets for clients.
- Conduct site assessments and surveys to determine feasibility and identify any challenges or obstacles.
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring adherence to building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor the progress and quality of the work, making necessary adjustments and issuing timely feedback to contractors.
- Inspect and maintain the pool upon completion, resolving any issues or deficiencies.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance services to clients as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or other relevant field.
- Proven experience in swimming pool construction, with knowledge of various pool construction techniques.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and communicate effectively with contractors.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to swimming pool construction.
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong problem solving abilities.
