Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting IT hardware, software and networking issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical problems
Assist in the implementation of new technologies and software upgrades
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution
Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Proficient in troubleshooting IT hardware, software, and networking issues
Familiarity with routers, network switches, and firewall
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
