Project Manager (MEP)

A well established European construction company specializing in MEP Engineering is seeking a talented MEP Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within construction projects.
Develop comprehensive plans for MEP installation, considering project scope, budget, and timeline.
Collaborate with Consultants, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into building design.
Supervise MEP installation activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and functionality of MEP systems.
Monitor project expenses and take proactive measures to control costs.
Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical milestones and dependencies.
Communicate regularly with the Main Contractor to provide updates on MEP work and address any concerns.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in MEP project management within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
With Grade A CRPEP License
