Facility Management & Maintenance Supervisor Riyadh

Job description -Oversee the daily operation of facility equipment and systems.Coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance .Enforce safety rules and procedures and oversee ongoing training of maintenance staff. Handling contractor staff, Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with local regulations. Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.Coordinate construction and renovation projects as needed. Maintain accurate facility records, prepare system and procedure and prepare reports for management.

Skills- Minimum Diploma in engineering, More than 5 years experience in a supervisory position.Knowledge of maintenance systems, technical operations, and building codes and regulations. English communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.Must have handon experience in maitenance of mechnical, electrical, electronics, plumbing , construction, Air conditioning and related power tools. Experience in handling contractor staff.

Offer - Single status, Local sponsorship transfer accepted, yearly ticket, basic, houserent , transport as per Saudi law. Experience in KSA handling building or facility maintenance work shall be preferred.
