High End Fashion Retail Store In Manama, Looking To Hire A Salesperson

Objectives of this Role:
Deliver exceptional service to our shoppers
Inform customers about product features and benefits, offering opinions and recommendations as appropriate
Maintain a tidy shopping environment and welcoming atmosphere
Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm
Treat customers with respect and courtesy

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the store
Answer customer questions and assist with requests
Conduct purchases and returns accurately
Demonstrate exemplary skills in folding, hanging, packaging and displaying merchandise
Restock and arrange merchandise on the sales floor
Maintain an organised inventory database
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Communicate daily with store owners

Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Basic math skills, including the ability to give accurate change
Friendly, professional demeanour
Prior retail sales or customer service experience
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
Knowledge of the brands sold in store (training will be provided)
