Project Engineer - Real Estate

Are you a driven and accomplished young or graduate engineer with a passion for real estate development? In this role, you will oversee engineering projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, acting as the primary liaison between clients and project stakeholders.

**Responsibilities:**
- Represent clients' interests throughout all project phases, ensuring their vision is realized.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, overseeing and reporting on all aspects of the development.
- Exercise financial sense to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
- Implement robust time management strategies to meet project deadlines effectively.
- Provide strong leadership, making critical decisions and driving project teams towards success.
- Foster positive relationships with all stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and regulatory bodies.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Exceptional academic record demonstrating strong engineering fundamentals.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

**Additional Beneficial Experience or Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in real estate development or construction management.
- Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Certification in project management (PMP) or similar credentials.
