Freelance Facilities Manager / Facilities Management Specialist (With HSE Certificates)*

Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily facility operations: This includes tasks like cleaning, security, waste management, and landscaping.
Maintenance: The manager ensures preventive maintenance is performed and coordinates repairs for building systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Budget Management: They develop and manage the facility's budget, allocating funds for maintenance, supplies, and services.
Safety and Compliance: The manager upholds safety regulations and ensures the building adheres to local codes.
Project Management: They may oversee renovation or improvement projects within the facility.
Vendor Management: Facility managers negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors who provide various services for the building.

Qualifications and Skills:

MUST HAVE CERTIFICATION IN HEALTH AND SAFETY (NIBOSH, IOSH, OSHA or Equivalent.)*****
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK FREELANCE.
10 - 15 years of experience in related field.
Must currently be residing at UAE.
Not more than 45 years old
Engineering Graduate; additional training or certification in a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a construction environment preferred
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, if required
Must speak ARABIC but not required
Have experience in SAUDI ARABIA or any GCC countries.
