Urgent Require a Recruitment Manager with the following experience
Job Description:
1, Familiarize and strictly adhere to the labor Law of the UAE, including but not limited to regulations related to hiring, termination, wages, working hours, and labor rights.
2, Responsible for the expansion of recruitment channels, the company's recruitment plan, recruitment information release and resume screening; Responsible for the organization of recruitment, interviews, recruitment and onboarding procedures to ensure that all processes comply with UAE Labor regulations. Assist in employee communication and resolving employee relations issues, ensuring employee satisfaction and loyalty.
3, Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee records, including salary records, performance evaluations, and training records.
4, Establish and maintain positive working relationships with labor authorities to ensure company compliance with government regulations.
5, Keep company policies and procedures regarding changes in labor regulations up to date and provide necessary training to employees.
6, Address employee complaints and disputes, ensuring fair and legal resolutions.
