QA/QC Engineer

Key Accountabilities

• Create comprehensive quality control and assurance plans that outline the project's quality objectives, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of construction activities, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Implement quality assurance procedures to verify that construction processes and practices meet quality requirements and adhere to best practices.
• Coordinat with testing laboratories and performing on-site testing of construction materials and components to verify their quality and performance.
• Identify non-conformities, defects, or deviations from quality standards and working with project teams to develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken, and preparing quality reports for project management and stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance to project personnel on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that materials and workmanship meet quality requirements and resolving any quality-related issues that arise.
• Monitor quality performance metrics, analyzing trends, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall project quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, quality standards, and contractual requirements throughout the construction project.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Key Job Specifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
Skills: ITPs Creation, Checklists, MOS & Project Quality Plan.
Experience: + 10 years of related experience.
