Safety Officer

Key Accountabilities

• Monitor daily operations for safety compliance.
• Report unsafe conditions to management and suggest corrective actions.
• Perform safety inductions and training for all personnel.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and machinery for safety compliance.
• Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times.
• Investigate accidents and recommend improvements.
• Assist in preparing risk assessments for the project.
• Ensure proper emergency response procedures are in place.
• Review and ensure the correct use of safety equipment.
• Maintain safety logs and provide reports to management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Key Job Specifications

Education: Diploma in Safety Engineering or NEBOSH certification.
Skills: Safety monitoring, training, incident investigation.
Experience: 5+ years.
