Key Responsibilities:
Property Management:
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the company’s owned buildings.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and renew lease agreements as per company policy.
• Ensure timely rent collection and follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain positive tenant relationships to ensure long-term occupancy.
Financial & Administrative Duties:
• Prepare monthly property performance and occupancy reports.
• Monitor expenses and assist in budget preparation and cost control.
• Manage vendor contracts and verify invoices before payment.
• Support the finance team with property-related documentation and records.
Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure all property-related licenses, permits, and insurance are up to date.
• Maintain accurate records of leases, maintenance work, and tenant correspondence.
• Follow all company policies, government regulations, and safety standards.
Coordination & Reporting:
• Work closely with the Real Estate Manager or General Manager for strategic planning.
• Assist in marketing vacant units and coordinating viewings.
• Report key issues, maintenance updates, and tenant concerns to management regularly.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in property or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of real estate operations, leasing, and maintenance.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Must have drivers License
• Visa Must be transferable
• Accounting knowledge will be an advantage.
