???? Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the Bahrain construction and contracting market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and government entities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
✅ Candidate Requirements:
Proven track record in sales within the Bahrain contracting/construction sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong network in the local construction market.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Valid Bahrain driving license (preferred).
Transferable visa (preferred).
