Job Title: Cook (General)/ Kitchen Helper/ Kitchen Aid

About the Job:
We’re a small food truck looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our team. This is a demanding job with 12-hour shifts, so whoever applies must be ready to work long hours, stay active, and handle both cooking and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

Cook and prepare food items

Take customer orders and handle cash/payments

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Keep the truck clean and organized

Restock supplies and help with setup/closing each day

What We’re Looking For:

Someone dependable, physically fit, and ready for long shifts

Friendly and customer-focused, even during busy times

Able to work well in a small space under pressure

Previous food or service experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
